R107-Two Issues

Hey gang... Just got the car back from the body shop after 1 year of setting up and being worked on. I have only driven it home from the body shop but noticed a couple of things on the 10 minute journey....

1. Faint smell of something burning...not oil but electrical. I noticed that when I started the car, the wiper blades tried to go down (they were already in their lowest point, but the motor kicks in trying to push it further down). When I came home, I tried to turn the wipers on, but nothing. It then hit me that maybe when the body shop put the wipers back on...that they are in the wrong position. How do I get the wiper arms off? I've sat there looking at it but it is so late I figure I'll wait until tomorrow after work to fiddle with it. I want to go ahead and fix it so that I won't have to replace the motor.

2. Once I came home, I noticed a puddle on the pavement between the fuel pump and the rear passenger tire. I couldn't get low enough to see exactly where it is coming from, but it doesn't appear to be the break line. The fluid actually has no color and no smell...so it maybe water draining from somewhere...just not sure where...perhaps the convertible top compartment? I haven't opened it up yet as I need help getting the hard top off. Is there some sort of drain in that location?
