Most full sized cars are rated at 4 adults at 150lbs and 200lbs in the trunk as a general rule of thumb.

Putting most of that load in the trunk is going to bury the rear suspension and make the front end light which is going to make it extremely twitchy.

Rent a budget rental car 1/2 ton pickup for $19.99 a day and do it in one trip instead.
