Acceleration below 20 km/h is quite slow, definitly noticable, above its as fast as any 300 SD. economical(2600rpm) shift points are 2nd gear 30kph, 3rd gear 60kph, 4th 90kph,

At 100 kph, my RPM is exactly 1900, i have not traveled any faster than 140 KPH because of the strict speeding laws.

With an auto trans I think a 2.24 might be livable, with a manual, I will probably change to 2.47, for a small improvment around town.
