I followed the link above to the thread. It notes that in december 96 they introduced the catalist as a recall campaign. MY reciept from the dealer lists the campaign number and the start date of december 3rd 1996. It says that the status of this campaign is "CLOSED" and the campaign type is a service. Under the vehicle history it does not list any such service performed. What is it supposed to look like under your hood after they have performed to recall? does any one have pictures? I have seen other pictures on this forum but I cannot distinguish between the trap oxidizer and the catalyst. Thanks,
