Negative camber

I have done a search on this topic, but couldn't really get a definitive answer. I am planning on putting H&R springs with #2 spring pads and Koni Reds on my W126. Many times I got the impression that people slap this stuff on, have no problems and forget about it. I read that a few times, however, that people had a problem with negative camber. I know what this is, but is this really a problem?? They said that is wears your suspension and tires quicker, which makes sense, but I just don't know the magnitude of the problem. If the camber does need to be adjusted, is there a kit for this? Where would I get it? Or is it just an adjustment a tech can make? Thanks for any insight.
