I've seen it on the Bosch replacements too. The connector only plugs in one way but the wiring can be switched in the connector. Some techs assume that they are always correct in the connector, but experience has taught me to check every time. To fix the problem you have to take the connector apart and swap the wires. Unfortunately the connector is under the aux fan shround.
