Marc, I'll give you a couple of useless pieces of advice:
1. The phrase "must sell" and "buying a Carrera" do not belong in the same for-sale ad.
Try "must sell" with "lost my job" and a correspondigly aggressive price, or "this car is perfect in every way and for discriminating collectors only" with "buying a Carrera" and a crazily high price, like, um, $35K.
2. If you truly must sell, you should list the car with a must sell price. That price is about $10K below your listed price.
3. If you want to get top dollar for your car (and to be honest I think in today's market you are asking beyond even top dollar), you need a LOT more information in the ad. Service history, owner history, many many detailed photos or links to photos on a hosting site like photobucket, etc. will help you immensely. If you want $35K, don't make prospective buyers work to buy your car. Make your ad work to sell the car to prospective buyers.
