Try "must sell" with "lost my job" and a correspondigly aggressive price, or "this car is perfect in every way and for discriminating collectors only" with "buying a Carrera" and a crazily high price, like, um, $35K.
2. If you truly must sell, you should list the car with a must sell price. That price is about $10K below your listed price.
3. If you want to get top dollar for your car (and to be honest I think in today's market you are asking beyond even top dollar), you need a LOT more information in the ad. Service history, owner history, many many detailed photos or links to photos on a hosting site like photobucket, etc. will help you immensely. If you want $35K, don't make prospective buyers work to buy your car. Make your ad work to sell the car to prospective buyers.
Good luck, it sounds nice.
Oh, almost forgot, I will start this topic.....will you allow a PPI?

Of course I'll allow a PPI, Bruce.
This car is nearly perfect, and I'm picky. It is definately a collector's car and
not a daily driver, unless you don't care about depreciation.
As far as my
asking price goes, I believe that The $35K was followed by "
Or
Best
Offer". This, I hope, would make it clear that I'm somewhat flexible. Not, however, to the $25K that you implied.
I'll try to get some pictures to attach to this thread. Can't make any guarantees...
Thanks for your advice.
