We just went to Manhattan for my wife's birthday and she wanted to see "Wicked". I bought the tickets on Stubhub. I could view the tickets availability, price, show time and see a layout of the theater.

They were delivered in 2 days by Fed ex and had no problems using them at the theater. There was a handling fee that gets added on, so it was not "cheap", but they delivered as advertised. They have good communications with email saying when the tickets are sent out, how to contact them with issues, and info on customer service processes.

I'd use them again.
