I get just above 6 on both sides....of the fuse. I have the meter set on DC up to 50 volts. Am I doing this right? I dont understand how the blower could be full blast if the current coming into it is a problem. I am thinking maybe the blue wire is grounded somehow at the motor.

I am not a mechanic, what I do for a living I am very good at...this isnt something I know or enjoy doing.
