OK..you are doing fine..
We are almost there.
The suspect is the W1 ground wire behind the inst cluster, but more on that later.
We have to first verify why we are gettng 6v at that fuse...so, I want you to leave your meter at the same settings/range as when you get that 6v and go put it accross your battery [ +/- ] and see what it says...OK?
...and then I want you to try the fuse again, but with a dufferent ground spot....like the engine
