For the machinists out there, this is EDM (electric discharge machining) dielectric fluid. It is relatively safe for humans (listed as hazardous material category 1) and is intended to be used by machinists and one would expect occasional hand contact with the fluid as it is being used. It is brand new, packaged in factory drums, and supplied with a machine purchased brand new in 1997.
