2. The injection shop charged me 250 EUR to swap the elements and do the basic adjustments. (This was the first inj. shop I asked, now I have alternatives but no M-pumps and / or no MW-elements right now to do).
10 hours to Split? It takes me 18 to Split from where I live, so it is closer for you
To be honest: The Fins are cooking also just with water... different water but basically the same...
If you understand the principals of an IP and have someone how can do the swap (there are special tools which make the job easier, adjustment has to be done on a bench anyway) just do it and adapt the governor to your engine.
The question of max. HP is in most case the available air.
