I was thinking sucking air in the tank too. I have about 15L in it (about a 90L tank from a gas van).

It idles fine just will not rev in gear...If you neutral the transmission you can feather the rpm up then it revs once over about 2000rpm (no tach yet) once the turbo gets spooled (love the sound of the turbo since it is inside the cab with me)
