You are in the same position I was 4 years ago - although I did get a PPI.
My car also hailed from Texas and after buying it I had a great 1750 mile drive home - although I did pick up a $300 speeding ticket in the DFW area
. Darn car is so smooth at 85! If you ever need service or advice in Austin I can recommend Ben's Workshop. They did the PPI and a few items I wanted done before picking the car up and they were fantastic to deal with.
Sounds like you have a GREAT buy and with such low mileage you should be able to look forward to many happy years enjoying these great cars.
