These 190E 1.8's are really common in Jakarta, Indonesia.
I guess the guy did not opt for 5-speed. I'd think that post-90 cars would have the 5-speed (manual) ..gearbox.. versnellingsbak ja?
If you could find a wrecked 190E with a good 5-speed tranny maybe you could do a swap. How much, I'm not too sure sorry.
