Try running it on diesel in a bottle similar to when you do a diesel purge. Get some fresh clean Dino-Diesel and then run the fuel lines into it. The line that has (or had) the plastic filter is the fuel in line. The line that comes from the top of the secondary (spin-on) filter is the fuel return line.
Take the spin-on filter off and fill it with diesel as well. This will help eliminate the need to pump the primer 100 times
See if it will run with this set up. You might have damaged your lift pump trying to move heavy (unheated) WVO...
