just FYI; a great site.

You can find a solid banjo bolt which will make sure the fuels aren't mixing. In addition to what the others have suggested, look at your vacuum hoses as you probably knocked one or more out of whack while installing the system. When I did mine, I lost the shut down feature intermittently, which was a pain until I found the old cracked rubber bit to replace. The injector return lines (cloth covered rubber) can also be ancient and brittle and when you move them they start invisibly letting in air.

It does sound like you're sucking air, but it should at least crank. Depending on how you had it set up, you may have shot some SVO down the return to the dino tank. If it was cold or not filtered it might be clogging your fuel tank screen.

If you get it back to stock set-up, don't mess around with opening up all of the metal lines, injectors, etc.- Make sure everything is tight ('cept your fuel filter, duh) and that your primer pump isn't the source of the air leak and prime away.

If you somehow injected cold svo, you may have some mess to clean up...
