I would erase the code and see if it comes back on #3 only. You have only 3 coils, on cylinders 2, 4 and 6 which each serve two cylinders (2&5, 4&3, 6&1). You can swap coils but if the code is only for #3 it sounds more like a spark plug, wire or connector.
