I got my rebuilds from NAPA a couple years ago because I needed them quick. Not sure where they were made... They failed in less than 1000 miles. I took them back, got my money back, and ordered ones from the place in Denver that was mentioned. I haven't had any problems in the past 5000 miles with those.
