He had a parking pass but forgot to put it in the window but thats not the issue. The parking company wanted to charge him for taking their boot while he let them have the boot. They were pissed that he moved his car. We will be seeing more of this in our own communities since any bafoon and a boot can be in business unlike a towing company.
