I'm sure he could.........but, the value of the vehicle would be severely reduced if the buyer cannot take it for a test drive prior to purchasing it.
So, it makes the scenario unlikely.
But, if it did occur, the resulting fallout would be quite interesting because the boot company doesn't have recourse to the new buyer,
