Just to clarify I don't think it is good for the car at all. Running it long term would probably cause insane coking of everything. Its just kind of convenient to pour it in there instead of hauling it around in your trunk, risking it spilling (happened to me once) and taking it in there and signing for it. I just let it settle for a day, grab a funnel, put a piece of rag in it to catch big stuff and pour it in. Plus, its fuel. The way I look at it its getting a good discount on my motor oil
