Thanks for the help. I've inpeceted all the fuel lines, none seem to be kinky (lol), pulled the soft lines, blasted each one with 150psi shop air as well as the filter. I'm getting a new pan later today, so the pan will be off for further inspection and hopefully, i won't find metal parts. As far as the exhaust goes, I pulled off the muffler and felt no difference (aside from the weird looks for sounding like a tractor), i will disconnect the collector to see if the problem is between that and the muffler. If it still persists, manifolds will be inspected. I'll try the bottle trick, i've still got my one reserved for diesel purge to rule out the lines.
