I guess the fact that you are wrong pretty much sums it up. Whatever the 3rd ID does, it is NOT martial law and that goofy news story and video you linked is a joke. The idea of a Bush power grab is ludicrous.
Start reading the Constitution. And the War Powers Act. By definition the president can declare martial law without anybody's consent. The only thing Congress has power to do is declare war and approve budgets. The US has had over 200 military conflicts in the history of the country and only 5 declared wars.
I could not *find* it in the Army Times, and in case you forgot your own original post, the title said "Oct. 1st Military starts Martial Law Mission, What !!, Why whats going to happen now?" So YOU are the one who brought up martial law, nobody else did. Its bad enough when you are wrong, but please don't lie is such an obvious way.
And look at the date in YOUR VIDEO of the article the guy references, it is MAY 2007. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT!

If you could read the story you would see that he has not declared martial law,
but has made it where he can, all by himself, without the consent of congress.
And made it where he can take over all forms of government.
That is the biggest power grab any president has ever committed.
Why has it not been reported more ?
