Just keep your hands busy. That helped me. I damn near went blind I was so busy for a while! My palms are STILL hairy!

Seriously, just stop for one day. The the next day, stop for one more. That helped me more than anything. It's easy if you just stop for one day. Just do everyday and before long it will have been a year, two years, . . .Good luck.
