Not sure on the newer models but on the 123's the tank screen is accessable from the underside of the car. If you climb under you should see two hoses comming out near the center of the car just behind the rear axles. But again don't worry about it until you experience fuel starvation with clean filters. I've never had any problems with the tank screens on either one of my cars. But I have worked a few that have.
