I just saw the car in person. It has 145,000 miles (approx) on the odometer. And yes, it does have leather interior (not MB-Tex). It does not have heated seats, and it does not have memory seats (or telescoping steering column). The interior is in very nice shape, some minor wear on the driver's bolster & armrest, but it's definitely fixable. The engine & tranny look clean, and the undamaged body panels are in very good shape. I just bought the tail lights & instrument cluster, so those items are gone. Someone else bought the wheels, those are also not available. I'm going back in a few days to pick up a couple more items as well...
