Adsit does not own up to sending the wrong part. Their policy absolves them of responsibility for their mistakes. Your only recourse is filing a claim with your credit card company, if that's how you paid, or legal action. They're okay to deal with if you don't mind paying return shipping for the wrong part and shipping for the [hopefully correct] replacement. You'll get an earful if you suggest they should pay for their mistakes.
