This will still be hard to get the piping back up to the intake. Also I would put it further back so you can get some ground clearance. It would be much easier to do a side mount supercharger. The easiest would be a centrifugal with the setup of a domestic v8. All you need is a mounting bracket and belt configuration and the piping with a bypass valve.
Definitely keep the boost low. The late model m119 has an open deck. This makes the gasket weak and the cylinders, but it can handle 4-6 psi.
