I think I finally solved my creaking rear suspension problem. I appears that the washer with rubber on one side is suppose to face the sub frame instead of away. This is the washer located on the foward rear subframe bushing.

I had installed the two washers with the metal side sitting flush to the subframe and as the subframe moved the metal washer would rub and make a creaking sound. I have flipped the washers over with the rubber side facing the sub frame. There is a small gap now between the rubber face of the washer and the sub frame.

I couldn't find any info on how to install these washers and I believe there should be an FYI on this if your going to rebuild your rear suspension.
