First off, LoveCraft is not a "system", it is a filter that
someone paid way too much to have installed.

And back to the hydrogen, a bigger alt. will only
mean more HP to spin it and produce elect....
That means less mpg, not more.

The improved mpg you are seeing now may be
a combination of your attention to driving habits
and the fact the alt. is too small and you are robbing
the power from the batt.
