Impractical for loads like a refrigerator but you could run a couple of small lights and heat your fish. Actually, a practical solution might be to invest in some 12 Volt LED fixtures, which could run directly from the car. All you would have to do is to run the car for an hour or so once a day to put some charge back in the battery.
