Wow, I could really use that rear differential. I have a 1967 230S fintail with a 5 cylinder turbo diesel engine. Right now I have a 4.09 gear ratio and need something more like a 3.27. I wish I knew more about interchangeability when it comes to these; I don't know if I could attach my axle shafts to the differential or not. Too bad Texas was is not on the way to Utah from here because I would stop by and pick it up from you during the holidays. But, on second thought, I should get an entire axle so I get the rear disc brakes. My roommate had a 280SE 4.5 that he scrapped because he couldn't get a title for it. I wish I knew then that I would need that axle.
