Hello All,
First time poster to this Forum. You guys have a great thing going here.

Anyhow, My trouble is with thumping sound from the rear of my 300SD when I am starting or when I let of the accelerator. This happens more often when the transmission is colder. After 15-20 minutes of driving I will rarely notice the thump.
I am told that this has to do with the vaccuum adjustment on the transmission (something I had rebuilt about a year ago and would have expected to have gone away).

It's good to post here and I appreciate any input you may have.
