These guys are a very helpful to tell you where to get parts. But in this case you are still stuck trying to figure out how to remove the antenna.
If yours is the older version all metal Hirschmann antenna box, look very closely(outside the car) where the chrome mast base is mounted on the sheet metal. The very top ring of the chrome base has a couple of hard to see flat spots opposing each other. This is where you fit a cresent wrench. Unscrew this ring and the rest of the antenna will fall from the car. Assuming of course you have already removed the antenna box securing screws.
