The part of the IP that creates the 135bar fuel pressure is lubricated by the Diesel Fuel (or fuel if you are using something else) and it does not mix with the Engine Oil (in fact if the IP Elements wear out Diesel Fuel can get into the Engine Oil).
The Engine Oil lubricates everthing else inside of the IP.
