I love MB's.... however I definitely prefer the BMW X5 over the ML. Especially the X5 4.6iS

Put the Land Cruiser in the list of the three trucks and I would take the Land Cruiser over a BMW X5. I remember driving the Land Cruiser Turbodiesel (the one before this new one).
