The recall you posted(95-0223) is for inside of the car on most 1994 cars, around the passenger floor support where the idle speed computer lives.
This wiring problem isn't going away until ALL 8/92 thru 5/95 cars have had the harness replaced!!!
Any chance of having Mercedes contact the owners directly when a recall is required for our cars? The dealer's haven't notified me when there is a recall but they don't have a problem sending me coupons for oil changes, tire rotations, etc.

Acura does a great job of notifying me of any recalls and does them for free (provide you have under 100K miles).
