That whole leveler panel / hydraulic valve assembly can be rebuilt with a handful of small O-rings. The pump and rams are pretty tough, springs and seals go sometimes.

I don't know about that genset, LP or gasoline? It'll do the job either way but IMO LP is a pain to keep fueled.

Send me a PM if you need gauges and switches. The shiny switches on the dash genset panel aren't avaliable anymore, I have some. There is a matte-finish replacement otherwise. I also have a rack full of gauges and senders (NOS) about that vintage, if you have numbers send them to me and I'll see what I can find.

I've never done a renovation from that condition, but it doesn't really matter if you're tearing out decrepid or only outdated, it's all dumpster-bait. Have at it!
