Peyton,by the look of your photo the answer is yes they can be replaced.Remove the headlight assembly from the car.Now you will see approximately 8 clips around the glass that can be prised off(carefully)these can just be seen on your photo under the bonnet/hood.
As the glass will now be removable check and clean the rubber gasket,making sure you put it back in the same way as it came out.Replace the glass and refix clips,these can be a bit tough to get on but persevere and you will get the hang of it.Then obviously put the lights back in your motor.
Don't worry it's not a hard job,first time I did it I hadn't even had any advice on if it was possible or not.I was just trying to clean condensation marks off the interior of the glass.Bear
