It would not surprise me if it was true because war profiteers like them usually are well connected to get the contract they do.

The fact that they commit war crimes comes as no paricular surprise either, because under the rubric of the previous administration they are protected from accountability and punishment if they do, in virtually every single case.


Their existence parallel to the US troops in Iraq must be particularly grating if for no other reason they are SO much highly paid for being over there in that hellhole.
