I actually said at one point that I have no problem with cutting the bonuses. My problem is with people pinning the downfall of the country on said bonuses, and crying out about how all this big, bad Wall Street jerks don't deserve their bonuses. Sure, they shouldn't get them at this point, but only from a business standpoint. I never said they should get them. I just said they shouldn't be chained up and burned to death.
