If it can go wrong...cam oiler issue (what did I screw up..?)

Pulled the cam covers on my '86 560SL as it has needed new valve cover gaskets since we have owned the car. Noticed the plastic oil cam oiler clips were bad on the driver's side, so I went about replacing them. The front one broke off inside the cam tower and I could not get it out.

So...

I decided to pull the camshaft sprocket and the front cam tower to try and clean out the plastic that got lodged inside the tower. I finally got it all out and got everything back together - torqued the head bolts to 60 Nm and the cam sprocket bolt to 100 Nm.

Do I have anything to worry about?

It took a while to get the sprocket back on, but I zip tied the chain to the sprocket just to be sure...
