mobetta is correct. Use fuel line of the appropriate diameter...
I got grommets from the drawers in Lowes. I just cut them in one spot so I can slip them over the hose without undoing it and they have a groove that fits into those brackets. If the hose is undone, then cutting is un-necessary.
