the 240D flywheel would work, if that is indeed the source of the vibe then the 300D flywheel might be needed. If there was a group buy these could be fabbed but my guess is people will live with the vibe rather than pay $400 for a flywheel.

If a kit were made by me, I would give directions on what and where to buy but would most likely only offer the custom parts. reason being is that i have tried to do specials for car guys in the past. where there is a lot of excitement about the prospect, there is generally not a lot of follow through, and I would not want to get stuck holding all of the parts. Besides, I would have to mark things I purchased up for handling, cost of money, risk etc. the kit would be cheaper if you buy the stuff yourself.
