THANKS! that solved my problem...
I am now getting the 15-17 PSI (before my boost gauge would slowly creep up and it would max out at 10psi and it would be dog slow).....The car feels like new!
I did the Glow Plugs, which got stuck, so I ended up doing the Head Gasket as well, and like an idiot I didn't tag the lines ....Put everything back together and it was DOG SLOW.....I checked for obstructions in the lines and tested the transducers no change...Now I see that I connected the lines wrong

Do you think I damaged anything by hooking it up wrong??
