Great pictures and write up! I learned allot from the pictures. Would you suggest doing the rear O-ring if it is not leaking or letting it go? That belt adjusting bolt was hidden now I see how it works!
Seems like the shaft Mechanical seal is not hard to do, just use impact wrench to get nut off, and a large wheel puller. Neither of them I have but I can get it done at local shop I believe.
Once the pulley is off does the mechanical seal just pop out?
If I'm doing the mechanical seal only I don't have to break open the pump right?
Now I'm wondering if I need to do the big rear O-ring eventhough it is not what is leaking. Any ideas?
