Our cable provider...........Cablevision...........is the direct opposite to all the POS cable companies. Excellent service..........on site the very next day if a modem fails or the TV box fails...........provides a three hour window for the visit.........calls one half hour prior to arrival. Check up after the service to determine overall satisfaction. Superior customer service in an era of non-existent customer service.
My only issue with them is the price. The triple play (Family cable, internet, and phone) is up to $140.
Probably will keep them, however. The service by the telephone company (Verizon) is miserable.
