The craigs list Ranger is using a pre EGR engine by the manifolds. Probably a 79 - 79 SD.
Wonder what the guy used for an air filter? think it is a good looking set up.
He didn`t show the front, wonder what the grill looks like with the front modified.

The one Lance posted looks like a clean installation also.
